How do I find scenarios to practice?
Open Scenarios (or the library area) in the dashboard. Browse lists, search if available, and open a scenario to read the setup before you start.
How do I copy something into my collection?
On a scenario or item your site supports, use “Add to collection” or similar. Your collection is the set of content you can open quickly for practice.
What are guides, and how do I turn them on or off?
Guides (or “guide mode”) can show hints, model lines, or step-by-step help during practice. Toggle them in the practice UI or settings your app exposes so you can practice with more or less support.
How do I start practicing?
Pick a scenario from your collection or the library, choose a mode (for example dialogue or read-aloud), and press start. You can repeat sessions as much as you want within your plan limits.
What are pathways?
Pathways are curated sequences of practice (for example themed units). Open Pathways in the dashboard, pick one, and work through steps in order.
Where can I see my progress?
Use Analytics or Progress tabs in the dashboard to see practice time, attempts, and summaries. Organization admins may see roster-level views; students see their own activity.
How are practice credits counted, and what usage do you track?
Your plan includes a monthly or yearly allowance of practice credits. Credits are used when you run parts of a session that rely on AI or generated voice—things like coaching feedback, dialogue, Q&A, and read-aloud—so what you see in Progress and on your account matches how limits are applied. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site analytics products. The usage we show comes from your own practice inside this app: enough to enforce your plan fairly, display summaries, and (for organizations) give admins a clear view of learners’ activity—not behavioral profiles for ads or data brokers. If you need more detail in plain language, contact support.
What are the main dashboard sections?
Typical tabs include Scenarios, Pathways, practice areas, Account, and sometimes Organization for admins. Use the tab bar to switch between browsing content, practicing, and settings.
Is the AI feedback always accurate?
No. Conversations, corrections, translations, and scores are generated automatically by AI and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are meant to support your language practice, not to serve as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Please use your own judgment and verify anything important before relying on it.
