How do I sign in with email and password?

On the login page, enter the email and password you used at sign-up. If you use an enterprise learner short ID, check “enterprise student” so your school domain is appended correctly.

Can I sign in with Google?

If Google sign-in is enabled on the site, use the Google button on the login page. You still need an account that was created or linked with Google.

I see “invalid email or password.” What should I check?

Confirm caps lock, try resetting the password from the login flow if available, and make sure you are on the correct site. For enterprise learners, confirm the student checkbox and spelling of your short ID or full email.

What is the enterprise student checkbox?

When your school uses a shared learner domain, you can type a short login ID instead of the full email. Checking the box tells the app to add your organization’s learner domain automatically.

What is the difference between an organization admin and a student?

Organization admins manage billing, seats, and learners in the Organization tab. Students sign in to practice scenarios and pathways; they do not manage subscription settings.

Why am I asked to verify my email?

Some sites require email verification for personal email/password sign-ups. Check your inbox for a link. Enterprise flows may skip this when your admin created your account.
