What are Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly?
They are individual subscriptions with a monthly or annual billing cycle. Yearly is usually discounted versus paying month by month. Limits and features are shown on the pricing page.
How do I change my personal plan?
Open Account or Billing in your dashboard (where your site exposes it), choose the plan you want, and complete checkout. If you do not see an option, your deployment may route billing elsewhere—use Contact.
How do I cancel my personal subscription?
Use the billing or subscription section of your account and follow cancel steps. You typically keep access until the end of the paid period. Exact wording depends on your site’s Account page.
A payment failed or my subscription is past due. What now?
Update your card in the billing UI or in the Stripe customer portal if your site links to it. Retry the payment; if it keeps failing, contact support with the email on the account.
Where are invoices or receipts?
Stripe emails receipts for successful charges. Some sites also show history in Account. For tax invoices, use the links in Stripe emails or ask support.
What is a personal practice add-on?
If enabled on your site, it is an extra purchase on top of your base plan for more guided practice allowance. Details appear where you buy or manage add-ons.
How are practice credits counted, and what usage do you track?
Your plan includes a monthly or yearly allowance of practice credits. Credits are used when you run parts of a session that rely on AI or generated voice—things like coaching feedback, dialogue, Q&A, and read-aloud—so what you see in Progress and on your account matches how limits are applied. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site analytics products. The usage we show comes from your own practice inside this app: enough to enforce your plan fairly, display summaries, and (for organizations) give admins a clear view of learners’ activity—not behavioral profiles for ads or data brokers. If you need more detail in plain language, contact support.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or billing settings, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with the email on your account and we will review it. This summary is provided for convenience; the binding terms are in our Terms of Service.
